Tepeyac has acquired Spaço Agrícola

Condere advised Spaço Agrícola - a reference in the ag input retail market in the South and Southwest of Goiás - in the sale of its controlling stake to Tepeyac. This deal is a landmark in the Brazilian ag inputs’ distribution and retail segment, once it represents the entry of the major Mexican fertilizer company in our country.

The partnership will raise Spaço Agrícola to a new level in its region, supported by a strong shareholder, providing a broad range of services, that cover the entire production cycle, from the retail of the best agricultural inputs, logistics and custom application services to entering grain trade contracts.
