Aerospace & Defence

Our Aerospace & Defence practice offers a unique set of transaction and operational experience to aerospace shareholders and management teams considering transaction alternatives. The Aerospace & Defence Team has successfully completed numerous transactions and has had engagements across the supply chain and MRO in segments that include precision machined components, avionics, automation, finished processing and engineering services as well as in the MRO. As a result, we have deep, relevant relationships with private equity and strategic buyers throughout the sector on a worldwide basis.

The introduction of next generation commercial platforms, record commercial order backlogs, and significant OEM build rate increases make it an opportune time for industry shareholders and executives to review potential options. Increased globalization also provides additional transaction catalysts as firms seek to supply multiple OEMs and establish beachheads in strategic markets. When considering an investment bank for a potential aerospace or manufacturing transaction, access to global markets is critical. Currently engaged in multiple cross-border and domestic Aerospace, MRO and manufacturing assignments, our professionals have a strong understanding of the strategic opportunities available to industry participants. As regional aerospace transaction activity remains strong, we welcome the opportunity to discuss industry trends and your growth, financing, and ownership transition objectives.
