Piex life provider has acquired Apex Pharma

With this acquisition, PIEX Group will be able to carry on its aggressive expansion across Africa, providing its healthcare partners with the opportunity to experience exponential growth in these diverse and stable markets. The supplementary platform from Apexfarma will provide for and support PIEX Group's strategic goal of meeting the unmatched demands of the continent and ensuring that everyone has access to high-quality healthcare solutions. A subsidiary of the Apexfarma Group, Cross Pharm Laboratory, will also be acquired as part of this transaction.
