Saga Corporate Finance advised KB Gruppen and Tertnes Holding in the majority sale of Presis Infra to the listed Swedish investment company Ratos AB.
Presis Infra is a leading Norwegian maintenance group in critical transportation infrastructure.
From 1 October 2020 to 30 September 2021, Presis Infra had sales of NOK 1,696m, with EBITA of NOK 238m.
