While Mario Letz will retire, Kai Blüthgen will stay on board as CEO of Letz. The company offers an extensive portfolio of more than 30,000 items. With a turnover of more than €1.1 billion and approx. 7,300 employees, porta Group is one of the largest family-run furniture companies in Germany. Through the acquisition, porta group strengthens its positioning in the online furniture retail market. IOM Advisory acted as exclusive sell-side advisor to the shareholders of Möbel Letz GmbH. |
