| Further information | Aventum advised the owners on the sale of AM Security to BLC Group The owners of AM Security (“Owners”) have sold their shareholdings in AM Security Oy and its 100% owned subsidiaries AM Lukkoasema Oy and Hardware Group Finland Oy to BLC Group (“BLC”). BLC is a fast-growing provider of modern security and information technology services. Aventum Partners (Global M&A Finland) acted as the adviser to the Owners. AM Security was founded in 1984 by local locksmiths as a purchasing cooperative and has since then developed into a leading security product and service provider and the largest security product wholesaler in Finland with sales in the region of 50 MEUR. The group serves a broad range of customers from households and local entrepreneurs to large construction companies and industrials. The group offers a broad assortment of locking and security products and services customers nationwide. The transaction is supportive to the growth strategy of BLC and complements its business well.
