Mr. Alver is a co-founder of Global M&A Norway.  He has served on a number of boards both as executive and non-executive member internationally. He has worked as Investment Banker since 1997. Prior to this, he was an executive in the aquaculture industry where he held positions as controller, marketing director and head of business development. 

Mr. Alver holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University with a major in Finance.
