MBOs and MBIs are technically complicated, time-consuming and often risky for management teams. We will help protect management from that risk and introduce them to relevant financial institutions to raise the finance required.

We work with the management team to produce a business plan, which sells the investment opportunity; and guide them through the minefield of issues, which they will inevitably face. We will also negotiate with the financial institution to achieve the best possible equity deal for the management team and negotiate the purchase of the business on the most favourable terms available.
