Hexagon Capital Advisors (HCA) is a leading Polish independent investment banking and strategic advisory firm of experienced, senior advisors led by three Managing Partners. The team have diverse backgrounds in blue chip organisations and both domestic and international experience (McKinsey & Co., PwC Corporate Finance, WestLB, Dexia, KPMG, Raiffeisen Bank, BMO Nesbitt Burns, Innova Capital).  HCA concentrates on providing superior assistance in the areas of Corporate Finance and Strategy (CF&S), M&A, financing and alternative asset advisory and management services. From the sector perspective, major areas of expertise include technology, media and telecoms (TMT), energy, financial services, light manufacturing and business services. HCA also assists on projects in other industries that meet certain criteria.
