Global M&A Wins for Investment Banking Firm of the Year
December 8, 2005 | New York City, NY - Global M&A, the world’s most active partnership of independent investment banking firms, is proud to announce that The M&A Advisor, a leading publication dedicated to middle market merger and acquisition activity, has selected its 2005 mergers & acquisitions advisory of Castle Harlan, Inc.’s (Castle Harlan) acquisition of The Polypipe Building Products Ltd. (Polypipe) from IMI plc for its International/Cross-Border Deal of the Year award. Global M&A was also honoured with an even higher unprecedented distinction as Investment Banking Firm of the Year. The awards were presented in New York City on December 5, 2005.
