Global M&A extends its reach into Canada and Austria

Global M&A, one of the world’s most active partnerships of independent investment banking firms, welcomed Synergis Capital Inc., from Canada, and CD Invest, from Austria, to the partnership at its bi-annual conference in Valencia, Spain. The arrival of Synergis Capital and CD Invest extends Global M&A’s reach to 28 partners in as many territories across Europe, North and South America, Asia and the Far East.
Synergis Capital Inc, based in Montreal, brings with them 60 years experience in investment banking, venture capital and strategy advisory service experience. Synergis’ union with Global M&A promises to open up a wealth of opportunity in Canada, due to its close alliance with the USA and its strong cultural and commercial ties with Europe, Latin America and Asia. Their addition also completes Global M&A’s presence in North and Central America along with current partners, Brown Gibbons Lang & Company in Chicago and Cleveland, Meridian LLC in Seattle and Pablo Rión y Asociados in Mexico.
