Giovanni Franzi joined Global M&A’s Italian partner firm, Cross Border, in 2000 as Partner and Chairman.
Prior to joining Cross Border, Giovanni was the managing director of IN Holding, a financial services company. Prior to that, he was head of Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch Europe in London. Additional experience includes positions with Kuwait International Investment Co., Kuwait, White Weld & Co., New York and Credit Suisse White Weld, London.
