Frédéric de Boer has more than 20 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, turn-arounds (planning and execution), complex restructurings and succession planning. His enviable track-record of closing over 50 transactions includes acting for many listed companies.

Frédéric is co-founder of Global M&A Switzerland.   Prior to that, Frédéric was, together with his founding partners, building and running the mergers & acquisitions department of a large Swiss consulting group.

Mr. de Boer graduated with an MBA from Insead, lic. oec. HSG.
