Binoy Meghraj has spent 15 years working with Meghraj Group, a private international financial services and real estate group that looks after client assets of more than $6 billion. He is a co-founder of Meghraj SP Corporate Finance. He has advised on mergers and acquisitions in the financial services sector. Binoy is a non-executive director of Comme Des Garcons Parfum SA and a member of the advisory board of the e-India Venture Fund, an Indian technology-focused private equity fund.
