Corsum is an independent consultancy specializing in M&A, financial restructuring and strategic consulting.  The company was established by Georges de Buffévent and Adam Blecha in 1994, and since 2000 has been managed under the name Corsum Group by two partners Adam Blecha and Michal Lobkowicz.
