Allison Dent is co-founder and Managing Partner of Synergis Capital and comes from a background which combines corporate strategy, banking and M&A experience with strategy consulting. Prior to co-founding Synergis, Allison was Vice-President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations of Orthosoft Inc. (OSH:TSXV). Previous to this, Ms. Dent worked for Secor Consulting in the corporate strategy division, a Consultant for KnowledgeTech in Vancouver, and a Financial Services Manager for the Bank of Montreal in Vancouver. In addition, Allison founded U-Swap.com, one of Canada’s leading e-businesses for students.
Ms. Dent is a graduate of McGill University in Montreal, holding a Bachelor of Commerce with a Concentration in Finance and an MBA in Corporate Strategy.
