Jean-Marc joined Global M&A France in 2005. Prior to that, he spent several years in the SocGen Group in Paris and with Manufacturers Hanover Trust NY and Frankfurt where he was primarily involved in corporate finance and sovereign loan transactions. He was subsequently involved in originating and processing M&A transactions at the Geneva based firm Beldi & Cie.
