    Carlo is Founder of the Global M&A Italian team. Previously, he was Manager of the M&A and IPO department of Sopaf, a listed Italian investment bank, General Manager of Ciba Vision, a new division created through a series of acquisitions in the optical industry and Head of New Business Development of Ciba Geigy Health in Italy.
