Our Global M&A United States West office was founded in 1995 and focuses exclusively on advising middle-market business owners on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and recapitalizations. Our advisors have an established track record of serving corporate clients in the U.S. with $15 million to $200 million in annual revenue.

Our experienced professionals have both corporate and investment banking experience, and most have served in CEO and board level capacities in mid-sized operating entities. Our advisors have deep expertise in branded consumer products, including the juvenile products and housewares, niche manufacturing, aerospace, financial services, transportation and logistics, and business and technology services.

    John O'Dore is a Senior Advisor to Meridian Capital. John has more than 20 years Investment Banking experience in Asia with Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch and Bank of America. John has lived in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore and brings an extensive network of business contacts throughout Asia across a broad spectrum of industries. John most recently spent 13 years at Credit Suisse where he was Head of Credit Risk Management for North Asia. In that role he helped manage a large portfolio of investments in Middle Market companies, particularly in China and Korea, and also helped manage a significant Leveraged Finance portfolio. John was a Board Member of the Risk Management Association, Hong Kong Chapter.
