Mr. Toms Dzenis joined Prudentia in 2006 where he helds Associate Director position. Previously, he carried out a prize winning research for Lateko Bank (now known as Norvik Bank) (2006), as well worked in leading Latvian advertising company Domino MCG (2005).
In Prudentia Mr. Dzenis main responsibilities include Corporate Finance Advisory and M&A transactions. The specialization of Mr. Dzenis includes meticulous expertise in IT industry. In addition Mr. Dzenis has gained experience in executing various projects across industries including textile, food and beverages, medicine, wholesale and manufacturing, IT and aviation. In 2008 Toms Dzenis was consultant to German company "Contaq Consulting" in purchase of "IZZI", a leading provider of cable tv and internet services. Toms Dzenis has supervised and carried out the trade sale process of leading Latvian news portal "TV NET" and has consulted and organized process for leading Latvian alternative communication services provider "Stream Networks" in takeover of its competitior "Telecentrs" in 2011.
Education
Mr. Dzenis holds a B.Sc. degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. Besides, Mr. Dzenis is a candidate for Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certificate.
