Founded in 1994, we were previously the corporate finance arm of Andersen Worldwide in the Middle East and stand as one of the oldest investment banking organizations in Saudi Arabia.

We are the 3rd licensed firm by the Capital Market Authority (CMA). The license permits our advisors to undertake arranging various securities business, that includes and is not limited to the following main activities: rights issues, securities, IPO’s, private placements, M&A, advisory business and brand valuations, capital and financial restructurings.

    Faisal founded Global M&A GCC Yemen (under the name FTH) in 1994 as the regional corporate finance arm of Andersen, and has operated as an independent corporate advisory firm since 2002. Faisal’s experience includes his role as managing partner of Andersen’s Global Corporate Finance practice in the Middle East, a senior management position with one of the region’s largest food manufacturers, and numerous international and regional finance and strategy roles, leading to an exceptionally strong network of regional and local contacts in finance, business and government.
