    Stéphane Le Bouyonnec is the co-founder and President of Global M&A Canada. He possesses a strong background in corporate strategic planning, M&A activities and financing initiatives. Prior to this, Stéphane was COO for Orthosoft (TSX: OSH.V). In the years previous, he was a Senior Partner at Secor Consulting, President of Innovitech Consulting, Senior Vice-President at the Solidarity Fund (QFL), Executive VP of Hypocrat (today Medisolution) (TSX: MSH) and CEO of Métaforia Entertainment.
